My name’s Nickie and I live in Liddington with my partner and our 2 young daughters.
I’ve been practising Yoga and Pilates for 28 years now and teaching for 18 years. I feel so lucky to be able to share my passion and help restore some much needed calm, peace and wellbeing into people’s lives.
Throughout my twenties I took several trips around the world with my yoga mat strapped to my backpack.
On a journey to India in 2005 I studied yoga in ashrams, and meditation on silent retreats, and later In Bankok, I trained as a traditional Wat Po Thai Massage practitioner in 2007. Back home in the UK I became a Reiki practitioner (2010) and a Shiatsu Bodywork practitioner (2015).
Blending my skills, I’m able to bring Thai massage & Shiatsu into my classes, giving effective hands-on adjustments. The style of yoga I teach is fluid and watery, but strong and grounding. We flow through creative sequences lead by the breath, and end with some breathwork, a deep relaxation, and if time, a mini meditation.

Thursdays 9.15 – 10.30am Gentle flow in Hinton Parva
Thursdays 6.00 – 7.15pm Vinyasa flow in Liddington
